- Tên Mac do bạn đặt (dùng trong nội dung thông báo).

Privacy policy
Updated 24 Oct 2026. MacGuard has no accounts, no analytics and no ads.
Commands and output are end-to-end encrypted
Commands you send from your iPhone, the output that comes back, and Mac status snapshots are signed and encrypted on-device (AES-GCM, with keys only your iPhone and Mac hold). The relay server only sees encrypted packets. The server never sees or stores command contents or output.
What the server sees
To relay packets and send notifications, the server (Cloudflare Workers) sees exactly this metadata:
- Mac name you choose (used in notification text).
- Public keys of the Mac and of each paired iPhone.
- APNs token of the iPhone, to send Mac offline/online notifications.
- IP addresses of the Mac and iPhone when they connect.
- Timestamps and packet sizes (a log of the last 200 packets: packet id, which iPhone, time, byte count).
The server stores hashes of access tokens, not the tokens themselves.
Retention
- A Mac that never paired an iPhone is deleted after 7 days.
- A device that has not connected for 60 days is deleted (with a notice 7 days before).
- Removing an iPhone from a Mac deletes that iPhone's key and APNs token.
No sharing
No analytics or third-party SDKs, no selling or sharing of data. Push notifications go through Apple Push Notification service. App updates are signature-checked (Sparkle EdDSA + Developer ID) before install.
